Banquet rooms are available to our patrons free of charge. We suggest that you make your reservation early. A deposit is required on all rooms and is non-refundable.
Our Ballroom facility has a capacity of 150 to 550 people and requires a deposit of $400.
Our Terrace Room has a capacity of 30-150 people and requires a deposit of $200.
Our Crystal Room has a capacity of 30-100 people and requires a deposit of $200.
Final arrangements should be made by appointment no later than two weeks prior to your function. All items pertinent to the function, such as seating plans, cake knife, toast glasses, etc. should be brought in at least two days before your function.
All prices are subject to 18% service charge and 5% Massachusetts sales tax. Prices are subject to change.
All parties are responsible for payment of the guarantee. Payment is due the day of the function.
Day Reception - 11am-4:30pm
Evening Reception - 6:30pm-12pm
Century House will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Non-alcohol drinking functions add $1 per person.
Massachusetts law prohibits liquor being brought onto the premises for distribution (example: liquor favors).
